ETEC 442 Computers in Education
In this course, the focus was on planning, implementing, and integrating technology computer systems and applications into classroom settings. We were challenged to enhance learning with 21st century tools while being mindful of curriculum and technology standards.
Newsletter - Web 2.0 Tools
This group assignment required collaborative efforts toward producing a newsletter about Web 2.0 tools. Facilitating interactive sharing and learning by using the Web as a platform meets AECT standards for improving instruction through technology. My fellow team members included Jayneen Souza, Anastacio Dalde III, and Shawn Trela. Our newsletter is titled, “Create, Collaborate, Innovate – Web 2.0 at School.”
History of Technology
This assignment features and connects the timeline of technology in education during my lifetime.
Lesson Plan
In this project, I developed a lesson plan incorporating 21st century technology tools to enhance learning. Emphasis on standards from HCPS III, Hawaii GLOs, and ISTE NETS•S were utilized to complete the project. The constructive feedback I received was helpful for creating an improved final product.
